Posted by twobs on March 28th, 2006

Condoleeza Rice is coming to Liverpool. This Friday 31st March Jack Straw is bringing Condoleeza to the Phil.

Rice is George Bush’s senior advisor and thought to be highly responsible for the Iraq war and the tourture in Guantanamo Bay. People who have committed such crimes shouldn’t be allowed into the country, and I especially don’t [...]

2006 - when the dead were left unburied

Posted by twobs on March 27th, 2006

I owe Mark Steel for the title.

its a return to the bad old days of extremist tactics of the Winter of Discontent in 1979. The unions are planning holding our country to ransom, leaving our streets choked with rotting rubbish and the dead left unburied.

MJ Hibbett & the Validators – This is not a Library

Hibbett is probably not the coolest person in rock, but childish concepts such as being ‘cool’ don’t really matter to him. This album is a fantastic collection of songs that are almost modern hymns about a mans love of his country, being happy, and most [...]

Liverpool Vs Cameron

Posted by twobs on March 6th, 2006

Today David “silly bugger” Cameron came to visit Liverpool, and he brought with him a few friends; his whole shadow cabinate. The reason for this daytrip; everyone in Liverpool hates the Conservatives. There isn’t a single Conservative councillor or MP in Liverpool and their general election sucess across the whole of the North West hasn’t [...]
