PG Tips Special Blend Tea

This box of PG Tips Special Brew was one of many filling a reduced shelf in my local Tesco. From the start it doesn’t have all that much going for it.

1. There is a lot of it on the reduced shelf.
2. Its name is reminiscent of tramps favorite, Carlsberg Special Brew.

Twinings Everyday Tea is certainly a tea fit for Steven Fry, wether its suitable for his builder as well is debatable. Indeed, it may not even be compleetly suitable for Fry either. In trying to capture a section of the market Twinings thought they were missing out on they seem to have pleased no-one.
